Martin Huttenlocker is the principal of Logan Properties (LP) with experience in developing industrial real estate in northeast Indiana (NEI) for the past six years. Martin earned a BA in Political Science from the University of Missouri/Columbia and a MBA from Roosevelt University in Chicago.
Prior to moving to Fort Wayne, Martin spent 14 years in the robust Chicago market where he provided a hybrid role covering multiple facets of commercial real estate including: asset management, property management, brokerage and development. To top off his Chicago experience, Martin worked with the premier local developer, Sterling Bay. After relocating his family to Fort Wayne in late 2017, he joined Great Lakes Capital (GLC) and Bradley Company, focusing on industrial development and brokerage. In these roles, he developed multiple industrial buildings and served as the lead broker to identify end users for each project, as well as other projects, totaling nearly one million square feet in NEI. Martin now capitalizes on this market knowledge and prior experience to develop and lease projects on smaller scale assets. To focus on an underserved niche in NEI, he founded LP.
LP currently develops assets in Wells, Allen, Wabash and Howard Counties and is focused on continued expansion in 2025.
